Ticket Selection


Everyone will realise that deposits will have already been paid to secure both the venue at Home Park and the caterers. These have been made possible through the kind auspices of the RNEBS so we will really appreciate receiving your ticket payments as early as possible.


At the end of this section your registration will transfer to our automated ticketing system. The Eventbrite system will efficiently capture your information and provides immediate automatic responses to your ticket purchase.


Eligibility: please remember that this event is for RNEBS Members and their partners only.

Refunds can only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Payment Terms


The full ticket price of £75 per person must be paid at the time of registration. 


Payment methods


​You can pay using most Credit or Debit cards. The system will ensure automatic issue of email receipts, ‘e’ticket dispatch and follow up emails.


Reunion Groups


If you are part of a Class Entry or other group who wish to be seated together we will try and oblige we creating the seating plan. Please remember that we will be seated at tables of 8 and not long tables.


In order to establish a group identity the Group Coordinator should contact the team at artificer150@gmail.com. We will ascribe a group identity and note the name of the coordinator under a tab within the Nominated Group option. Members will purchase their own tickets but affiliate themselves to the appropriate group.

If you know of any Society Member who does not have an email address or internet access but wishes to attend then let us know as soon as possible as we will see how we can help. Alternatively, buy the ticket for them and get reimbursed.


Please note that all payments and donations should be transacted in Pounds Sterling. If this is a problem then please contact us and we can work something out for you.




We have included a Donation option by request and it is intended either for those who can’t attend but wish to support the celebration or for those who wish to add a supplement to their ticket to enhance the event. We need sponsorship to ensure the most memorable celebration and sponsors are proving to be a bit thin on the ground. Any money left over after the settlement of accounts will be distributed between naval charities.

You can also use the automated payment system to make a donation for any amount; just use the Donation option listed below the ticket types.  ​Please mention this to anyone unable to attend but who might wish to support their fellow members.

Please note that clicking on the Buy Tickets button will launch a new window where you can see additional details about the dinner before committing to purchase tickets. 

Once on the Eventbrite web page, clicking on the green Tickets button gives you the option to buy or to donate. Only when you have selected the number of tickets and clicking on Checkout does the transaction process begin. You are able to backout at any time up to this point. There is also a 10 minute time-out operating so if you have done something wrong or are not sure about the registration detail you can simply close the page, come back later and make a fresh start. Once you have selected your ticket and/or donation you will move to Registration Information. The first section titled Ticket Buyer auto fills from detail associated with the PC/Laptop/Device you are using, including an email address. Please make sure this is the detail you wish recorded, if not, change it.

Please note that your name will be added to the attendees list once you have purchased your ticket. This is to enable your fellow members to see that you will be attending and especially useful for those group coordinators who will want to know that you have got your ticket.
