Dear Members, The General Secretary resigned on 1 April 2010 after 16 years of service. If you wish to know more you need to attend a meeting. An increasing number of members are losing their contact with the Society because they fail to inform the Society when things change. It is of great importance that all members keep the Managing Secretary up to date on your Address and next of kin. It would help us all if members check other members have kept us up to date. Ask your mess mate. The Society get together in Devonport and Portsmouth over Christmas were enjoyable events and well attended. The next planned Society event will be the Executive Council meeting - at present this will be in Devonport at the Society Offices. Linked to this will be a lunch for all members - please contact me or Chris Heaver if you wish to register an interest. Finally - all members of the Royal Naval Engineering Branch are able to join the Society. Join the Society visit the membership area. Young Engineering Technicians just starting out in the Royal navy can join, initially as an associate member. Membership forms are on the membership area.
